Artists to receive and acknowledge Artist Agreement, detailing performance times, fee, arrival time, terms and conditions. Also artists to provide number of performers, who will receive armbands. So only performers admit free of charge, the other 36 members of the family should pay.

Gate behind stage to be for production and emergency only. Artists to enter through pool gate. Artists will be supplied with information pack and given armbands for performers only. Save Patrick having to monitor people sneaking in Artist gate.

Included in Agreement for performers - music, unless valid reason provided, to be sent to production team prior to the day. This will help to confirm the length of the performance for run sheet. Also indication of stage set up/requirements (ie. clear stage, one microphone, 10 min to set/pack band equipment etc)

The market stalls surrounding the cooking zone. It would be good to actively pursue market vendors with cooking equipment.. eg. Bacaratt Knives, Thermomix, Tupperware

Volunteers
Gates will be manned by paid staff.
SES VOLUNTEERS we utilise as event staff.
Split their shifts.
4 volunteers from 5am to 9am
4 or more volunteers from 9am to 3pm
4 volunteers from 3pm to 7pm
We structure their duties

Pam had a suggestion about some type of visible signage that details our donations back to the community... probably a good idea given the wankers on facebook.. and/or on the website too.

Move microphones.. when dancers are on patrick!!

Market vendors to pay a premium stall fee for good position which will include marketing providing they have images worthy of being promoted.
